Fundraiser held for teen injured in skateboard accident
Boulder City, NV (KTNV) -- A local teen continues to recover from a serious skateboard accident.
Giulian Grasso, 15, suffered severe head injuries and spent two weeks in a medically-induced coma, after crashing his skateboard in Boulder City.
His father says Giulian is still on a ventilator but is improving.
Saturday, the small town of Boulder City came together, holding a concert and picnic to help raise money for Giulian's family.
Several bands performed, and food and drinks were sold to help support the family.
Giulian's dad is a Boulder City cop and community members say this is their way of giving back.
